Bookings can be made online at www.petesplaceroma.com.au or by calling Pete’s Place on 07 4622 0010.

We require a credit card at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation and no booking is accepted until it is confirmed by us. You will receive notification and confirmation in writing. No charges are made to your credit card until your arrival unless we process a charge in accordance with our below Cancellation Policy terms.

By providing valid credit card details, you warrant you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise Pete’s Place to charge the cost of your booking, including in the case of cancellation or ‘no show’ in accordance with the below terms.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a booking is cancelled within 48 hrs or less, of your stay, or in the event of a no-show, the full price of the reservation will be charged. No refunds in full or part will be provided.

Refunds: No refunds are provided after check-in or for early departures.

Booking Terms

When you make a booking, you accept the following Booking Terms for your Stay:

  1. Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking. Pricing is subject to change and will be advised at the time of your booking request.
  2. Rates quoted are in Australian dollars and are subject to change at any time. Rates are inclusive of GST where applicable.
  3. Verbal quotes are valid for 24 hours only. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written confirmation of your booking.
  4. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your confirmation documents are correct and to bring any errors to our attention within 48hrs of receipt of your booking confirmation.
  5. You must be 18 years of age or older to make any booking.
  6. You agree to pay the booking rate quoted for each night of your stay and any additional charges you may incur up until the time you have departed the accommodation.
  7. The accommodation may be occupied by you only for the period stated on the booking confirmation and only occupied by the number of persons included in the booking. Any additional guests may be charged an additional fee.
  8. SPECIAL EVENTS AND PEAK PERIODS: We may advise additional or different terms for special events and peak periods during the year you’re booking. We will advise any variations to any booking terms for your requested stay prior to confirmation of any booking. For example: Minimum length of stay restrictions apply to certain rates during special event periods.
  9. The price of your accommodation cannot be guaranteed until a valid credit card is provided at the time of the booking.
  10. All well behaved children are welcome. Parents and guardians are personally and legally responsible for their children and agree to supervise all children at all times.
  11. We do not accept any pets or animals of any type on our property. Should you have any special needs pets, we require certification evidence at the time of booking.
  12. There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms, existing beds and bedding to be used.
  13. Please show respect for other guests staying at the motel and keep noise to a minimum. We reserve the right to enforce this policy and ask offending to comply or find alternate accommodation.
  14. Strictly NO SMOKING in all rooms, smoking only permitted in designated smoking areas. This includes vaping, drug, tobacco, oils, e-cigarettes, cigars and any similar products.
  15. Additional Charges:
    • Damage to Property: any damage to our rooms or any part of our property will be charged to your credit card. This includes damage to mattresses, linen, and includes lost, missing or stolen items
    • We try to keep our premises clean and in good condition. Any additional cleaning that may be required due to your stay will incur an additional fee.
    • Any extensive cleaning or replacement of any curtains, furniture attributable to smoke or other odours as a result of your stay will be charged to your account.
  16. Pete’s Place is a privately owned and operated establishment. We may refuse service or ask anyone to leave for any disturbance, bad behaviour, failure to pay for accommodation, is under the influence of any drug, alcohol or intoxicating substances, disruption to other guest stays or for any reason, in our sole discretion, without refund. You agree that should you or your guests breach any of these terms and conditions, you will pay to us the total loss or damage that we suffer as a result of that breach.
  17. Subject to your statutory rights, Pete’s Place shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any guest arising out of breach of these terms and conditions.
